YB Series European-style compact substations are factory-assembled, pre-wired power distribution units conforming to European design standards. They incorporate three functional compartments—high-voltage switchgear, transformer, and low-voltage distribution—arranged in an "L" or "I" configuration within a single weatherproof enclosure. The primary voltage range covers 6 kV to 35 kV, with secondary output at 0.4 kV. The transformer compartment accommodates oil-immersed or dry-type transformers with ratings from 100 kVA to 2,500 kVA. Enclosure construction uses steel plates with anti-corrosion coating, achieving protection grades of IP33 to IP44 for the shell and IP2X for internal compartments. The design complies with GB/T 17467 and IEC 62271-202. Interlocking mechanisms between compartments ensure operational safety. Cooling is provided by natural air circulation or forced ventilation. Applications include urban residential districts, commercial complexes, industrial parks, and renewable energy projects requiring compact footprint and low maintenance. Routine inspections cover switchgear operation, transformer temperature, and insulation resistance monitoring.
