Amorphous Alloy Core Oil-immersed Transformer

Amorphous alloy oil-immersed transformers are a major new series of products of our company in recent years, featuring safety, reliability, energy saving, environmental protection, and excellent performance.
1. The structure is novel and reasonable, with symmetrical three-phase magnetic circuits, which significantly reduces excitation current, effectively reduces power grid harmonics, and improves power supply quality;
2. Amorphous alloy materials have ultra-low loss characteristics, which can significantly save electricity consumption and reduce power plant power generation, resulting in high power efficiency;
3. Environmental protection and energy saving: Amorphous ribbon is very thin and its resistivity is about 3 times higher than that of silicon steel, which effectively reduces eddy current loss and can reduce CO2 and SO2 emissions, thus reducing environmental pollution and the greenhouse effect.
4. High adaptability: It has good weather resistance and can work normally under various climatic conditions. It has strong short-circuit withstand capability and high customizability, which can meet the needs of different voltage levels, capacities and installation methods.
5. Reliable operation: Adopting advanced noise reduction technology, the operating noise is low. Through reasonable air duct design and heat sink arrangement, the temperature rise is effectively controlled and the overload capacity is strong.
